Private Golf Community Estate

This Caribbean Style residential estate is located in a private golf community and has been featured in Palm Beach Design and Florida Design Magazines.

 

 

Oceanfront Estate

D&D Constantakos started on this project as a single family speculation home. Once the new owner purchased the residence they continued with several phases over a seven year period. Among these; a private gymnasium, tennis court and pavilion, 12,000 sq. ft. addition to existing residence, entry wall with main and service entry gates, and was also one of the first estates to incorporate buried power lines and fully developed the remaining 4.5 acres.
