D & D Constantakos, Inc. includes a dedicated comprehensive team of builders with the Principals Daniel and David Constantakos both licensed General Contractors in the State of Florida and have actively been working in Martin & Palm Beach County for more than thirty years.

Once a project is completed the level of service from D & D Constantakos continues for those in need of having their home maintained on a regular or seasonal basis, Constantakos Management, LLC is there to alleviate stress and questions our clients may have when trying to maintain their residence from another state, country or even while in residence.. Our staff will take care of arranging, scheduling maintenance appointments, obtaining estimates for your review and understanding, seasonal requests, accounting of maintenance work in addition to repair needs and possible storm preparation in the event of a hurricane.
Property Land Development
D&D Constantakos has the added experience of land developing with residential single-family homes within Palm Beach County. Summerwood is an established community of high end single-family homes featuring large lots and unique affordable homes.
