David Constantakos and Daniel Constantakos, twin brothers, are principals of D&D Constantakos, Inc. The State Certified General Contractors have been building locally in Martin and Palm Beach Counties for over 29 years. Their firm has extensive experience in all phases of the construction industry ranging from Commercial and Land Development to primarily building Luxury Estate Homes.

Over the years, David and Daniel Constantakos developed a standard of excellence and have assembled one of the most respected luxury estate building operations in South Florida. The twin brothers are imminently qualified to create the kinds of high-end structures that their client base commissions. To date, D&D Constantakos has built homes ranging in price from $500,000 to well over $20 million in North Palm Beach County and South Martin County.

Property Land Development

In addition to constructing high-end residential homes, D&D Constantakos has the added experience of developing residential single-family homes within Palm Beach County.

Summerwood, located in Jupiter one-quarter mile south of Indiantown Road on Pennock Lane, is an established development of single-family homes featuring oversized lots and unique affordable homes. David and Daniel helped develop the vacant parcel of property containing 5.05 acres which included platting, road planning, and utility easements/access. David & Daniel produced six different models and within weeks of completion they were all sold. Remaining properties in the neighborhood were sold quickly and versions of the six models were altered and designed for the new owner’s needs.

Property Management

Once a project is completed, the level of service from D&D Constantakos continues for those in need of having their home maintained on a regular basis. Constantakos Management, LLC was developed to alleviate any stress and questions our clients may have when trying to maintain their residence once it is completed. Our staff can take care of scheduling appointments, obtaining proposals, estimates, seasonal requests, accounting of maintenance work, in addition to any repair needs and possible storm preparation.

How We Operate

At D&D Constantakos, we are familiar with all aspects of permitting procedures and have proven knowledge as to the environmental issues surrounding development of property on Jupiter Island and all coastal and riverfront properties within North Palm Beach County and South Martin County. Our team is vastly familiar with the Department of Environmental Protection regulations and has worked with them on several projects. During each project, we work closely with engineers to assure strict compliance to the rules and regulations protecting the fragile South Florida environment.

During the design phase we are a dynamic member of the project team, providing comprehensive services. Once the project reaches the construction phase, our commitment to the project team continues. We firmly believe successful construction projects are achieved with sound relationships and trust.

When working with Architects and Designers, D&D utilizes the Design-Build approach to assist the client(s) through the entire construction phase. The Design-Build method is intended to help minimize project risk and costs for the owner.
